Recent experience at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA Tokyo? Mixed reviews made me hesitate

I’m considering staying at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA for my Tokyo trip, but I’ve seen some really mixed reviews recently, especially about room smells and cleanliness.
For those who stayed there recently (2025/2026), how was your experience?
How were the rooms, service, noise levels, views, and overall feeling of the hotel?
