Chat ban questions

Ok, I've had 3 chat related bans, not due to slurs, but overall just being mildly rude, and upsetting a few groups, usually through "swap to *obvious counter to hero screwing us*", then I get upset that they wont, then start blaming people, without saying suggestions. Is there a possibility that if that happens more, my account will be perma banned? I'd rather not have chat on at that point.
