Black screen, wont pass post, tried everything, give me a suggestion 100% i tried it

My setup is B550 Eagle Wifi 6 Motherboard, Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, and ASUS Dual OC RTX 5060. PSU 650w

Give me a suggestion, ill put money no I tried it.

I am getting a black screen and no function from my usb ports after I have checked all the cables, firmly in and in the right spots, even trying cables from motherboard to monitor for visual instead of graphics card, I reset all of my components (8 pin and 24 pin), reset the cmos by taking battery out, by clearing the cmos, by doing those after draining the battery on the case, started it up by turning on the pc without the case power switch(using screwdriver), took ram out and put back in with only one stick, switched the ram to each slot, checked the cpu, not bent pins. I have flashed the bios to the original, and to the newest with the file named changed to GIGABYTE.bin (someone said GIGABYTE.BIN but wouldnt make sense) I have done everything I have read that should solve this problem. So for the love of god I do not know why my shit wont get past POST even after q flash bios.

Also I just bought the motherboard, cpu and the graphics card, so all are new
