Im so afraid

Im so afraid of 6 its scaring me to death! My brain keeps interrupting the number as evil everytime! No matter what the context is. For example, if I see it on a video or a phone number or on packages, my brain will automatically make me go insane and scare me. I can't play shoot games because I'm worried about the ammo capacity hitting the number! No matter what the context is, my brain automatically says its evil! It's ruining my life. I do go to counseling but I'm not going to see him until the 15th of August. I'm losing my damn mind over a number that holds no spiritually meaning at all! I just can't escape the thoughts! It's draining me from happiness and joy. I just don't know what to do anymore man.
