please HELP

i gave mht-cet pcb this year and scored 94.38 percentile

and now, i want to do btech bioengineering/biotechnology

so, today the cet college choice filling has started and there was just one college from kolhapur:

Kolhapur Institute Of Technology, Kolhapur

how is this college?? is it good?? for btech biotechnology?? campus? placements?? location?? faculty??

other two colleges were from nagpur and both of those colleges ae shit and the only one that remains is sinhgad college, pune.

(i am trying to decide between scoe and kit)
