What is the current vibe in the office?

Do you enjoy working here? I heard from a couple people that Amazon's culture changed significantly since the layoffs. I'm currently awaiting an offer for an L6 position. I have two other offers to consider (one in the Bay area and one in a MCOL area). Amazon is my top choice, but I'm worried that I'll take it and am setting myself up for a layoff or stressful work culture.

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
