Good spots to pull for remielle

I like to pull agents at places significant to them and was thinking of the place where she saved the proxy along with promeia, billy and cissia. But I don't think I can access that area again? Right now I am probably gonna pull her at starloop tower since thats where we first met her. What about you guys?
