Guys Please help !!!!

I got 396 marks in reneet 2026. My air is 2,82,997 . I belongs to sc category . I'm going to apply for odisha mbbs councelling. Can I get atleast a low tier government medical college? If No , then plz give me some advice to increase marks from 400 to 550
