Does it really matter if I smoke?

Question

I see online that once you stop smoking and "lock in," you'll become rich or whatever, in the sense that you're committing to something every day. But as of right now, I trade. I am starting to get really good at it. I feel like I've understood the charts so much better, and I've been learning and trading substantially better recently. And no matter if I win or lose, I love to smoke. I will say I haven't gotten any payouts since early January, which was my second ever. After that, I kind of went on autopilot with trading. I wasn't really smoking that much then. It was more like if it was around, I would smoke, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. Then early this month, I realized I'm just wasting time and money, and I need to lock in. Since then, I've really started focusing on trading, and I honestly feel like I understand it so much more. I feel like I'm getting closer to where I want to be. But now I also smoke a lot more. I'm giving trading my all, and that gives me a lot of alone time, so I tend to just smoke, relax, eat, then sleep. Maybe I'll hit the gym, eat more, then sleep again. After that, I have so much time to learn more about trading, figure out why I lost on certain days, what things I didn't see that ended up playing out, and stuff like that. And I still have time to walk and learn things (been trying to learn how to juggle soccer ball). So I also smoke and do those things. But I keep seeing these videos saying that if I stopped smoking, it would help me become better. I don't know, just a question. All feedback is welcome. ✌️
