Back from USA, but want to go back eventually, EB1A vs EB1C

Got back from the US recently, have a EB2 I-140 approved, but being from India that's never happening.

Looking for a job in India now. Have 10 YOE (ex-FAANG). I know it's ambitious but one of my plans was to join a US based company, become a manager and go back to the US via EB1C.

Another option is to join literally any company but publish papers, judge hackathons, make impactful open source contributions and try for EB1A.

I'm not a political person so management especially in India may not be for me. I'm asking this on developersindia to gauge what's easier in India, to become a manager or to go via the extraordinary ability route?
