Built an easier way to manage ARC campaigns and giveaways (without endless Google Forms / back-and-forth emails)

Hi all,

If you’ve ever run an ARC (Advance Reader Copy) campaign or a book Giveaway, you probably know how painful the manual work gets.

Usually, it looks like this:

  1. Create and post a Google Form.
  2. Cross-check responses against social profiles or Goodreads to see if reviewers actually post reviews.
  3. Manually email files/links out and follow up one by one.
  4. Hope people actually read and post before release day.

I’ve been building a book tracking app where readers log their reading, and I recently added dedicated toolsets specifically for authors to make this whole process friction-free.

Here’s how it helps streamline your marketing without the headache:

No More Clunky Spreadsheets: You can host your giveaway or ARC campaign directly within the app. Readers discover and apply right there.

Vet Applicants Quickly: For ARC campaigns, you can check an applicant’s reader profile like their Goodreads, Bookstagram, or blog links, along with their reading habits, so you know who you’re approving or rejecting.

Catch Typos Before Release: Beyond public reviews, readers can submit private feedback directly to you. If a reader finds a typo, formatting error, or plot inconsistency, they can drop it in a private chat window so you can fix it before your official launch.

Clear Campaign Metrics: You get actual insights on your campaign, like total impressions, book page views, and how many readers added your book to their Want-to-Read (TBR) list.

The goal is to eliminate the administrative busywork so you can focus on writing, while maintaining your connection with readers.

If you’re currently preparing for a release or planning a giveaway and want to give it a try, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Drop a comment or send me a message.

Thanks
