Midnight entity i have seen.

Before I tell my story of what ever i saw, here's some background info. The town only had around 75 people max must of them about to die the next day. Not going dox myself or anything but it was also in North Dakota. Also the house this took place in was bought when a old guy died in it, if that had anything to do with it. Also I was around 5-6 years old when this happened. I got up one night to go to the bathroom, the house was long East to West. So walking out of my bedroom door witch was facing north and the bathroom was right in front of my door. Couple foot steps of walking something catches my eye. Facing east the house opens up to the living room with the kitchen directly north of it. With a couch in the middle of the living room, and about in the middle of the couch, possibly a little bit to the left there is my parents bedroom. The couch is a max 5-8 feet ahead of the parent bedroom, with the front door too the left of the house connected to the same wall my parents bedroom is. Getting shocked with fear from this entity/demon acouple feet away from my parents bedroom door In front of the front door. This thing was all black with a black hood on covering its face, standing around 5/10-6 feet tall. I couldn't see if it was standing or floating because of the couch. Scariest thing was this long snake like thing coming out of its chest moving closer to my parents door. I would say I watch this thing with fear for around 5 minutes until I almost peed myself. Getting my bathroom business over with it was still standing there with the snake thing closer to my parents bedroom door I ran while covering my eyes and went under a couple blankets and fell asleep. I never saw it again from that day.
