OCE server issues getting worse?

Is anyone else getting sick of the OCE servers lately?

Almost every single day, someone randomly disconnects at the start of the game. Sometimes it's me, sometimes my teammate, sometimes an opponent. Then it's just... remake.

How does this keep happening over and over? Has Riot acknowledged this anywhere? It feels like the server stability has been getting worse recently.
