Is anyone else having trouble with musicmagpie? (UK)

ordered a pretty big dvd order from them, for one specific dvd i ordered thee 2-disc edition, and they sent me only one disc.

now, I’m fine with a 1-disc edition, but this is the special features disc.

because of this, i can’t actually watch a really high-rated movie I’ve been looking forward to for some time.

also, another one came in a paper case, and there was a massive sicker on it that had been on it for so long that it wouldn’t peel off, and when you tried to it ripped the paper.

i’ve always been fine with magpie, but these also arrived a day late.

the sticker isn’t too much of a problem, i mean it’s not like I’m gonna display it as some kind of holy grail (because just like sir robin, I run away from those kinds of things), but the missing disc is inexcusable. i haven’t refunded it as i do want to watch the special features, but i also ordered a copy of point break that never came.

god, i hate online shopping.
