Issue with mana reservation on cyclone. What am i doing wrong?

I am at level 94, and I just cant get pride to work. It requires 50% of my mana, and so does purity of elements. How do I reserve so much mana? Purity 50%, enlighten support lvl 3, flesh and stone 25%, pride 50%, blood and sand 10%. I just can't get my head around it, also why Is my block so high? Isn't it overcapped too much? Should I just change my jewels into reservation ones?
