Vistaland teresa rizal email not responding

Hello hindi sila nag rereply sa email ko it’s been 1 month since nag update ako dahil na release narin ang loan ko for renovation and handover na sana pero walang makausap. Any email po ba na pwede i CC para mapabilis ang reply nila? Tawag and text hindi umuuubra. Ofw po. Thanky you
