A question for anyone from Egypt who is familiar with networking and local ISPs' DPI tactics

Hi,

I've heard Egypt ISPs censor or throttle wireguard traffic, but does it also include other UDP traffic like QUIC? The latter must be unlikely considering it would basically shut off HTTP3 traffic etc. but I want to confirm from a local person who uses WE,Etisalat etc.
