🕘 Walk-in Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💡 Pro Tip: Arrive early or before 1PM to guarantee a one day processing as there are also many interested applicants since Concentrix is a renowned and trusted company.

When you arrive onsite, provide one valid ID to the front lobby guard inside and wait for your name to be called. At the front desk once asked for details, advise that you have been referred and had already filled out the form using the link I provided.

📋 What to Bring ✔️ 1 Valid Government-issued ID ✔️ A copy or screenshot of this email (show this to the lobby guard upon entry) ✔️ Your confidence, enthusiasm, and readiness to succeed!

(No need for resume or requirements. Bring a jacket or wear something comfortable, formal attire is not necessary as it is cold at the site and it could also help you less anxious/consious at interviews.)

Step 4: Assessment. Don't use ither tabs, use notes, or click anything else. Tests include: (Typing test, SVAR Vocabulary, Grammar, Account specific test) There are upto 3 retakes allowed if you passed one section of each test. For example: Typing test - High words per minute but low accuracy/correct spelling. If you fail 3 retakes, you are disqualified.

Step 4: Initial interview No need to explain anything. Be specific at your answer as the recruiters just want to collect data that they need to include on their excel file such as yrs. of experience etc. (Please be honest or consistent at your story as the information provided as this will be noted at your file for background checks and final interview checks. You can be disqualified or terminated if you lie or there are inconsistencies to your story.)
