Looking for a Flatmate – 2BHK Near Saveetha (Tata Santorini)

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for one flatmate to share a 2BHK apartment in Tata Santorini, Kuthambakkam, just a few minutes from Saveetha University/Medical College.

Apartment Details:

• 🏠 2BHK Apartment
• 📍 Tata Santorini, Kuthambakkam
• 💰 ₹25,000/month total rent (₹12,500 each)
• 💵 ₹80,000 security deposit (shared)
• 🛏️ Separate bedroom for each person
• 🚫 Unfurnished

About me:
I'm a student and pretty easygoing. The only thing I'm particular about is keeping the apartment clean and organised. I'm looking for someone who's naturally neat, cleans up after themselves, and respects shared spaces. If you enjoy living in a tidy home, I think we'd make great flatmates.

If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to DM me. I'm happy to share more details, photos, or arrange a visit!
