I Urgenttly need to change my email address and home address but the customer support is so slow

I need to know if there is an alternative way of reaching them, because I have already sent in my request through the help center and after that they advice us to not send follow ups, or another request and I get that, I just don't have enough time to wait anymore. My request for address change was viewed only for them to tell me I need to change my email address first and I sent back the necessary information not even 10 minutes later, it is absurd that I have had to wait for days for it to be processed when they already got started on my process. I can't call the help center because calling europe cuts of insane fees. I am regretting not putting a big bold "URGENT" in the email subject.
