Rites of Battle Ordeal

In regards to the Rites of Battle ordeal for completing 5 separate weekly stratagem, is doing this ordeal not possible on custom stratagem mode? I have been trying for a long time and haven't been able to complete a single one (I'm not good at video games) but I absolutely won't stop until I get my favorite chapter's emblem, the Howling Griffons.
