Recently I got my old Xbox one up and running again and I tried playing MW2019, but it refused to open. So I uninstalled the game but now when I try to reinstall it, the installation immediately stops at 0%. It just fails and throws error code 0x87e0000f.

Here is the weird part: my console network and hard drive are completely fine. I can download other games perfectly with zero issues. The problem is strictly isolated to MW2019.

What I've already tried (none of this worked):

\- Canceled download, cleared cache/hard power cycle (unplugged for 2 mins).

\- Changed console location/region (my account and console regions were different, so I aligned them to match, still instantly fails at 0%).

\- Looked for the standalone packs to uncheck the dead 10.1 MB packs, but I can't even get the base game download to initialize or register to uncheck anything.

Because it's crashing instantly at 0%, it feels like a broken store license link or an allocation block, but I'm completely out of ideas since standard network and region fixes didn't do anything. Has anyone run into this exact instant-fail block with MW2019 recently on an older console? Any workarounds to force the Microsoft Store to actually push the file? Thanks!
