Please help me find this super positive youtuber who talks about positivity and internet recovery!

I cant find him anywhere but he talks alot about his addiction recovery. He is a bald white guy i think. Does alot of super positive talk about getting away from the internet and killing with kindness. His videos are super well edited and have lots of scrap booky or analog looking designs. He even does scrap book in one of his vids. I cannot remember a single video title or the name of the guy or channel but i adore the msg he spreads!
