Joining Amazon India (Noida office) as CS (Brick & Mortar) — What to expect on Day 1 & career growth advice?

​Hey everyone!

​I’m a fresher and I'll be joining Amazon India soon for a Customer Support B&M (Brick & Mortar) role. This is my very first corporate job, so I'm pretty excited (and a little nervous, not gonna lie!).

I wanted to ask the folks here who have been through this:

​What's Day 1 actually like? Is it just filling out forms, getting your badge, and chilling in orientation, or do things move fast? What should I expect during the first couple of weeks?

​Switching to Account Management: Down the line, how hard is it to move out of CS and transition into Account Management or other business roles within Amazon? What’s the usual path or internal process for making that jump?

​Would love to hear any tips, advice, or general survival hacks for my first time working in an office.
