Is it normal for a guy na ayaw magpafollow sa other social media accounts?

i’ve been dating this guy for almost 4 months now and i already found his account on other social media like tiktok, strava, even his dump acc on ig. the thing is ayaw niya ako iaccept sa mga accounts na yon but we’re mutual in fb and ig. should I be worried like he’s hiding something?
