Two malfunctioning Wegovy 2.4mg auto injectors in three weeks ??

Anyone know if there’s a bad batch out right now? I have had two different auto injector pens from two different boxes malfunction while injecting. The first one injected halfway, and the second one didn’t inject at ALL after being pressed into my skin. Both times I removed it from my skin and the remaining medication squirted all over my counter and arm.

NovoNordisk gave me a replacement coupon for the first one, but the second one just happened so I have to call them again tomorrow. I’ve been on this med for like a year and a half and I’ve never had this happen before. I didn’t change anything about my injection site or anything either. I always inject upper arm, straight out of the fridge. Luckily this time I could follow up the fully missed dose with one of the extra pens I picked up today, but last time I got a half dose and just had to sit on it for a week. It’s strange that this has never happened before and then it happens twice in a month!
