7weeks 3days - Spotting and mild period cramps

Some advice needed please 🙏 And hoping for some news stories.

At 6w6d I noticed a tiny bit brown mark when I wiped.

24hrs later, a faint bit of pink when I wiped.

Monday morning I went 1 and 2 and noticed some spotting when I wiped to the front and a little bit of blood in the bowl. Nothing more. About 6pm there was a little bit of brown on my pants. I had some mild period like cramps which I used a hot water bottle for and rested.

Tuesday morning 1 & 2 and again, some red spotting I when wiped to the front and in the bowl. Fine throughout the day and nothing further. Tuesday evening about 7pm I has mild cramps again when resting. It felt like my period was about to start with the cramps and sensation. I was checking the pad constanly and there was nothing nor when I wiped. Around 10pm I noticed a bit of red on the pad I had been wearing and when I wipes. I felt the constant urge to pee so I went a few times. But there was no blood.

I guess what I am asking is - is it normal to have period like cramps and mild spotting at 7weeks with nothing sinister at play? I have booked in for an US tomorrow. I just feel different? Even though I didnt have many symptoms to begin with - mainly tiredness, bloating, cramps. tia
