New associate needing some advice

So im worried about talking about it what I need help on what to do,

I work in Special Services for THD, and the night manager has never been nice to me or had a nice thing to say to me, there has been incidents with her and products that are sent up to my area and them not being properly staged for the customer and she pulled the only other person up there with me to come help her in receiving and didn't say a thing to me so I know not to be wondering where he went for 2 hours I know I'm just a regular associate and she's a night manager I unfortunately expressed my feeling to an associate that works with me, he then goes and tells the night manager how I felt about her and she comes up with a supervisor to talking to me and corners me in the Pickup location to talk to be about what I said and told me that she was going to get documentation about this and bring it to the Store manager and I would like to know what I should do in my next steps.
