Resilience upgrades - where are they needed most? (Suburban, Intercity, and Regional networks)

I know Cockle Creek is a huge culprit for flooding, and that freight trains regularly stall out between Lithgow and Penrith. I've also heard that Hexham and Maitland are pretty bad for flooding. But where else are the big ones that always cause problems?
