During an argument with my brother and he tried to choke my neck

Today, I had an argument with my brother in front of my mother and he got worked up and tried to choke my neck. After this I called my dad and he said that your words are the problem then my mum scolded my brother and called my dad again and to which he replied that what can I say? Her words are the problem.
