Any update from anyone for Chennai RO for 3rd and 4th July

Seems nothing moves there and it's pathetic and waiting since 3rd July morning with no updates or whatsoever. Happy for those who submitted quite later and received but it's mind boggling to see how it is working where those people who submitted early locked. DEAD END

ANYONE have any specific insights what's going on when is it going to be real deal for those submitted on 3rd and 4th.
