Med schools w/ low gpa advice for a junior

Hi! I'm currently a junior in the midwest (born and raised) and I would really like to go to med school in the midwest as well (most ideal scenario for me). However, I have a pretty low gpa that I'm currently trying to raise. I don't plan to do a post-bac/SMP as of this moment (hoping not to) as it's not feasible in my future plans due to various other factors. Can anyone offer any advice about medical schools (MD or DO) in the midwest and how I would fare with around a 3.6 cgpa and 3.2 sgpa if all goes well). I also pushed back my MCAT (this july to next july) and have a year but my recent FLs have been 515+ (not really valuable information since I have no real score but I thought I'd share).
