Wheel spacer and add lift

Can you help me choose the right wheel spacers and lift height for my Jimny?
I have the stock suspension and just want to raise the car a little. What would be a safe and good-looking lift height: 3, 4, or 5 cm?
I’ve also upgraded my tires to 235/75 R15. What size wheel spacers would you recommend: 2.5 cm, 3 cm, or 4 cm?
