Any recommendations for social place in thailand?

i have been already in chiang mai, pai, bangkok and all of the southern islands. for my second visit i look for some place to meet nice people, locals and backpackers.

i really liked Pai vibes so i guess i’m looking for something similar, if you have any places or hidden gems to share (:
