I’m tired of my nose, it’s always runny or blocked 24/7 x 365 . M26

Ever since I can remember my nose has always been bothering me so much, it’s always sick, always runny or always blocked depending on the season, I can barely even breathe through it properly because it’s always like that. I am not sure why that is, I’ve tried Zyrtec as suggested by the doctor aswell as another allergy medicine but it doesn’t help at all.

I genuinely don’t remember going a month in my life without my nose annoying me
