Inline Skate Spots?

Hi, I've taken up inline skating in recent months and have been having lots of fun. I've been trail skating between Marine/Wintler Park and practicing my technique at the Heights Bike Garden by the old Tower Mall. The painted asphalt is nice but I was wondering if there were any other practice areas in the Heights/Downtown/Fourth Plain area, maybe some smooth concrete/stone pavers or an outdoor sports court so that my wheels wouldn't get chewed up so fast.

Also, if any freestyle skaters in the area want to meet up, I would love to practice with someone else. I enjoy skating/hockey in Portland, but I'd rather not drive if I don't have to. Maybe we could meet at Heights Bike Garden.
