Extra charge

So i bought exitlag for an year but after two months into it i got charged on my paypal for another year which i didnt want although i got the extra year added in to my subscription but i didnt need it so i contacted there support and no response for like 4-5 days and when i cancelled the subscription for auto renewal the subscription i originally paid for also got taken away from me
