I’m turning a culture publication into a focused European travel brand. What would you improve?
I run MozartCultures, a culture publication that originally focused on literature, art, philosophy and cultural history.
Over time, travel became one of the strongest parts of the project. I’ve now started repositioning it around thoughtful European travel: architecture, local culture, practical routes, city guides and places that offer more than the usual tourist checklist.
The current model includes:
– Long-form European travel articles
– Cultural city and country guides
– Digital travel guides and planning resources
– Carefully selected booking and experience recommendations
The main challenge is that the website still contains a large archive of older culture content, while the new direction is much more focused on European travel.
I’d especially appreciate feedback on three things:
Is the new travel positioning immediately clear?
Should I keep the older art and literature content under the same brand?
Does the homepage make you want to explore the city guides?
Website: https://mozartcultures.com/en
I’m not looking for generic traffic. I’m mainly interested in honest feedback about the positioning, homepage and content structure.
