Lander's Metrobank CC Kiosk. Any possible issues?

After shopping at Landers here sa Bacolod, the kiosk guy from Metrobank approach me and offered CC for MB without AF lifetime daw, I also wanted a MB card before and currenly have only BDO and PNB.

He got my details including my address and Credit card #.
Almost lahat ng info nakuha na nya (he was the one writing)

Except for my TIN and alternative/other contact.

Nagmamadali na ako kasi andyn na GRAB ko and told him just text me and i'll message the other remaining info.

Its been a day and no text yet.

Possible kaya need lang nya mag quota? Maybe just wants to sell my info?
Hindi na nag follow up eh. I dont mind if hindi ma approve but just a but worried he has most of my info.

Im aware its highly possible he can sell my information. I did however approve him to send my details to RCBC and EASTWEST as well, that's fine. Basta walang OTP safe naman ata tong card ko hopefully.

Should I call BDO do get my card replaced?
