Need advice on building a website for a new insurance business

We're launching a small insurance business and already have a domain through Hostinger.

At this stage, I'm trying to understand the best way to get a simple, professional website built from scratch. I'm not looking for anything too advanced—just a clean website with the basic pages you'd expect for an insurance company.

For those who've been through this before:

• Where did you find your web developer?
• Are there any platforms or agencies you'd recommend?
• Is this the kind of project a beginner developer could handle, or is it better to hire someone more experienced?
