Is iPhone 17e the right option for me given these facts?

iPhone

I have been an android user for my whole life and I love the Pixel experience. I am currently daily driving a Pixel 6a and the software has almost always been pretty smooth. There are minor bugs here and there but I like its features like circle to search and now playing.

However, my phone is showing clear signs of aging. I have used all 128GBs of its ROM and the camera quality is certainly becoming old. I have no complaints from the processor as I don't play games on my phone but the battery has evidently degraded. Also, this phone has no network in areas where other phones can catch the network effortlessly.

Apart from this, all of my friends use iPhones and have a seamless mutual experience. I admit I might be having a little bit of FOMO but I genuinely like the video quality of the iPhone as the camera is my major requirement from a smartphone. I also prefer the close ecosystem which Apple brings and can build the whole ecosystem eventually if I switch to iPhone.

The real question is, if I switch to iPhone, I will probably buy the 17e as I like phones with a smaller form factor (the reason I bought the Pixel 6a three years ago) and my budget couldn't allow me to buy the iPhone 17 but if I stick with Pixel, I will technically be getting more value with Pixel 10 256GB at a lower price. My girlfriend also uses the 17e and it feels a great leap from my Pixel6a as its 60hz refresh rate is more or less similar to a regular Pixel's 90hz. However, my only concern with it is the lack of an ultra-wide sensor.

If I stick with Pixel today, I am almost certain to switch to iPhone in the future. Also I use a Windows PC so I'm not sure if iPhone can go along well with it.
