How do I avoid my ass getting wet when gaming?

It's literally as the post says → the bottom of my pants where I'm sat my ass ends up wet with my sweat and it's incredibly annoying. I'm not hot or anything it's just from being on my ass so long. Any way of avoiding it?? 😭✌️
