Why doesn’t Runna include scheduled plyometrics and running drills in training plans?

I’ve been using Runna for a while and overall I really like the app, but there’s one thing I don’t understand.
We all know that plyometrics and running drills (A-skips, B-skips, ankling, pogo hops, bounds, etc.) are among the most evidence-based ways to improve running economy, stiffness, coordination and injury resilience. Yet Runna doesn’t seem to schedule dedicated drill or plyometric sessions as part of its training plans.

It feels like Runna is becoming increasingly holistic (strength, mobility, Pilates, recovery, etc.), so dedicated drills and plyometrics seem like a logical next step.

Am I missing something? Has the team ever commented on why these aren’t included in the plans? Or is this something that’s on the roadmap?
