Im going to repast my rx 7800 xt sapphire pulse but i need some help

So my rx 7800 xt sapphire pulse is getting kinda hot so im going to repaste it but i have one issue, i don't know what thermal putty to choose i tried to find a info about thermal pads size but i couldnt find one so i have to decide on what putty to choose (i don't have much choice)
