Are there any leagues in the U.S. that amateurs can play singles in?

Hello everyone. Are there any leagues in the U.S. where it’s just singles and 9’ tables? I played the second half on a single APA season, then quit due to time and the didn’t return due to an unfortunate family event. APA was cool, but I don’t want to be beholden to a team of players. I’d rather practice on my own, and then compete in local tournaments. I also didn’t like playing on bar box tables. We had a 9’ table when I was a kid, and all the tournaments I played in college were on 9’ tables. Thanks.
