Relocation assistance

Hi,
Im struggling to relocate to singapore, as a BOH Professional Kitchen Designer, i know that this industry is high asked for in singapore, I got my master degree in France and did lots of projects,
But I just don't know why people are no longer interested in shaping new professionnals?
Plus, how do people keep relocating, ive been trying for months and nothing ?!
