What’s being forced upon us:

1.⁠ ⁠Asia’s Largest GCC + Mall + 30 Multiplex Screens behind Forest park.

•⁠ ⁠30,000-seat mega-complex

•⁠ ⁠Means ~1,00,000 people transiting daily through narrow internal routes like Forest Street!

•⁠ ⁠~30,000 vehicles entering daily—with ONLY ~2,500 parking spaces provided! Where will the rest park? On our residential streets!

2.⁠ ⁠11 Massive PAP buildings (for Project Affected Persons)

•⁠ ⁠3,850 flats being added to the dense belt!

•⁠ ⁠ONLY 614 parking spaces provided for thousands of families.

3.⁠ ⁠Expansion plan of IT anciliary buildings, service apartments, villas, star hotel which will put further burden on our utilities, water, waste management, traffic etc

⚠️ BOGUS ASSESSMENTS: Clearances and environmental approvals are currently moving forward based on outdated, uncorrected 2021 COVID-era estimates!

This massive over-development will choke our roads, trigger severe water shortages, destroy our peace, and collapse our infrastructure.
