Ethernet “No internet access” issue, can’t seem to figure out the problem

I have tried so many “fix’s” but in the end they all seem to not be working and I just can’t connnect to the network on my pc, i tried everything aside from contacting isp on microsofts page, ive reset my dns, tried specific dns but nothing is working, please help
