Had a thought on perk interaction; don't have a way to test it

So Dredge's Dissolution reads: "Instantly breaks the next Pallet that Survivor performs a Fast Vault across while inside your Terror Radius."

And then Shane's Wide Open Throttle reads: "Fast-vaulting a Pallet triggers the following effects: The Pallet is immediately reset and blocked by the Entity for 60 seconds."

What happens if you WOT over a pallet while Dissolution is active? Does it still break it, or does the reset followed by the Entity block preserve it?
