Is it safe to order from GMKtec's official website? Anyone who has a past experience?

I’m thinking about buying a mini-PC from GMKtec’s official website, but their return policy is only seven days, which feels pretty short. I’m a bit curious and slightly anxious about whether I should go ahead with the order, especially since computing devices have gotten so expensive lately. GMKtec’s prices seem fairly reasonable, but I’m still holding back for now.

If anyone has experience with their products—particularly from orders placed on their official site—I’d love to hear your thoughts. I’m looking for a mini-PC that’s powerful and has enough RAM to run local LLMs. Suggestions on where to get one in Dubai would also be great, as I’m exploring alternatives. Right now, I’m eyeing the GMKtec EVO-X2 AI Mini PC AMD Ryzen™ AI Max+ 395.
